Full Wedding Planning and Coordination - P45,000
This package is designed for the bride and groom that would like assistance with their wedding planning from the very beginning stages until the party ends to avoid the hassle of sourcing out suppliers and doing the legworks. Recommended for out of towners, overseas bride and groom or to couples who are almost clueless on how and where to start the wedding preparations. Our package includes working with you six months or earlier prior to wedding day to make sure everything is on schedule and to be your voice on your wedding day!

- Pre-event coordination
- Detailed budget planning meeting with the client to include all ideas with regards to the style and design of your wedding
- Up to 8 pre-event meetings shall be allotted to the couple within 6-12 months before the wedding
- Unlimited consultation thru email, calls and texts upon signing of the contract
- Scouting, pre-screening, contacting and booking of all vendors – church, venue, photographer, videographer, caterer, HMUA, host, florist, baker, wedding ring supplier, bridal car, lights and sounds, musicians, photo booth, LCD/projector rental, invitation and the like;
- Assistance on legal and church requirements
- Turnover of all supplier contracts and coordinating details of the event
- Devise supplier’s payment tracking chart
- Handle the payments of the client to suppliers
- Coordination of roles and responsibilities of the participants during ceremony and reception
- Assistance of planning and sequencing of the reception program.

- Wedding day time table;

- RSVP for maximum of 150 guests, text or email only (additional P500 for every 50 guest in excess)

Day of Wedding Planning and Coordination - P20,000
A perfect option for the bride who wants to take care of all preliminary planning but understands the importance of having a wedding coordinator on the day of their wedding to manage and take care of all the details! Our team will deal with all the vendors and ensure that everything you planned will be achieved. During the day day of your wedding all you need to do is relax and enjoy the event!

- Up to 3 pre-event meetings shall be allotted to the couple within 1-3 months before the wedding, which includes an ocular inspection of the church and reception venue at least two weeks before the wedding date
- Unlimited consultation thru email, calls and texts upon signing of the contract

- Devise supplier’s payment tracking chart
- Handle the payments of the client to suppliers
- Coordination of roles and responsibilities of the participants during ceremony and reception

Reception Coordination Only - P10,000
This package includes coordination with all chosen wedding vendors upon handover by wedding party 1month - 2 weeks before the reception date. Our duty is to make sure that all the duties of the reception vendors are well executed during the day of the wedding. On the day of the reception, MHD Events will assist in the set-up, supervision and coordination of the wedding reception.
Terms and Conditions:
- Applicable only for 200 guests and below. There is an additional fee of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000) for every 100 persons in excess.
- We require a non-refundable reservation fee of P8,000 for Full Coordination, P3,000 for Day of Service Coordination and Reception Only Coordination, to block the date. Reservations may be done thru bank deposit.
- Payment Terms:
Day of Coordination: 50% Downpayment upon Contract Signing, 20% a Month before event, Remaining balance to be paid on the day of the event
Reception Only Coordination: 50% Downpayment, Remaining balance to be paid on the day of the event
- Pencil booking will only be honored 2 months after a date was reserved. If no confirmation or payment made with the allotted time will forfeit reservation to give way to other potential clients.
- Client will shoulder any transportation expenses during an ocular inspection for venues outside the premises of Metro Manila.
